By way of LGOIMA please provide

1. all minutes, discussion papers , letters of authorization which enabled Auckland Council to become a member of the committee for Auckland and New Zealand Council for Infrastructure Development.

2. The date when Auckland council joined these two bodies

3. How the memberships are paid.. who authorises the expenditure and which fund re they paid out of. how much has been paid.

4. The names of the council representatives who attend these meetings, their position within council and their mechanism for reporting back to the councillors.

5. Please also provide copies of the reports from these persons to the Councillors
