I note in the 2012-13 annual plan there is the second score card on becoming the world’s most liveable city.
By way of Lgoima please provide the minutes of the council meetings where Councillors discussed and voted on this objective so that it could implemented.
please also provide a list of the documents and submission which they had as reference ( and possibly links to these please ) and also please identify who the driving force was behind this objective.
