Expenses and Fuel Card Use- Mayor and CEO

Dear Porirua City Council,

Please provide;

(1) A copy of all fuel card use by the Mayor for the Period 1 January - 30 June 2020. This should include the the amount of fuel for each use, the date and time of the card use, and the kilometres recorded at each use.

(2) A copy of all fuel card use by the CEO for the Period 1 January - 30 June 2020. This should include the the amount of fuel for each use, the date and time of the card use, and the kilometres recorded at each use.

(3) Was there any unusual fuel card detected in the Period 1 January - 30 June 2020?

(4) A copy of any expenses claimed by the Mayor for the Period 1 January - 30 June 2020. These should include any expenses made directly by the mayor, or expenses that the mayor incurred as part of her role, but paid for by someone else. ( for example paid for by an assistant other PCC staffer, with a purchasing card, )

(5) A copy of any expenses claimed by the CEO for the Period 1 January - 30 June 2020. These should include any expenses made directly by the CEO, or expenses that the CEO incurred as part of her role, but paid for by someone else. ( for example paid for by an assistant other PCC staffer, with a purchasing card, )
