Fuel Card Audits

Dear Porirua City Council,

(1) Did the Audit system that picked up the frequent fuel card use by the former Mayor ( Mike Tana ), also pick up the frequent fuel card use by the PCC CEO, who used the fuel card several times over the period of 2 or 3 days?

If it did, was the CEO required to provide an explanation of that use? And if the CEO was required to provide an explanation, what where the explanations provided.

(2) Does the Fuel card audit system, look at all Fuel cards used by PCC?

(3) Please provide a list of all times that PCC Fuel cards, have been used more than once in a 3 day period, for the period Jan 1 2018 to October 30, 2019.
