Benefit fraud - recover of money obtained by fraud

Was any attempt made whatsoever to recover any of the money stolen by Ms McGreal and her partner, and if not, why not?
Who prosecuted this matter - the Police or the Crown Law Office, or who?
I request all information about this matter.

I note that this overdue request never got any acknowledgement. It may be more effective to simply send a follow-up checking if the ministry received the request, rather than going straight to the Ombudsman.
