provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act
1987 (“the LGOIMA”).

 

Information request

You asked the Far North District Council (the ‘Council’) for “copies of
the Mayoral candidate declarations for the 2019 Local Government
election”.  In addition, you also requested “a copy of the Lily Rawson
declaration.”

 

Council response

Pursuant to the LGOIMA and Section 112F of the Local Electoral Act 2001, 
please find attached the Mayoral candidate expenses and donations
declarations for the 2019 Local Government election. We also attach a copy
of Ms Rawson’s expenses and donations declaration as a candidate for the
Kaikohe – Hokianga Community Board (Kaikohe Subdivision).
