Dear Far North District Council,

I wish to know the following....

How many tiers of management does the FNDC structure represent?
For each of those tiers identified, could you please identify:-
1. Total number of staff at each level
2. Of those staff at each level, the number of staff who identify as Maori and the number who are non-Maori identifying
3. The average pay for Maori identifying staff at each tier of management and the average pay for non-Maori identifying staff at each tier.
