From: Riki G
Dear Louise,
My thanks to you so kindly for the support I have received and I apologise it has taken this long for my reply. Covid-19 has presented many challenges, one such being that I have delayed my study.
These types of requests are so very time consuming. I note such the first response I received. I am in fact a New Zealand citizen and it concerns me that such assumptions were made.
However, none the less, I thank you. Should I need further information in the future would you prefer I make contact through other means?
Yours sincerely,
Riki G

Dear Riki
Most welcome.
I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you are able to get back on track soon with your studies.
I have been asked to pass on our apologies for the error in our assumption that you were not a New Zealand citizen and therefore unable to request information under the Official Information Act.
For future information requests, please either email me or [email address]
Take care
Kind regards
Louise
