In 2006 the National Civil Defence Emergency Management Plan referred to the Fire Service instructions and local procedures.

Can you please provide copies of the following operational topics plans and procedures in place at February 22nd, 2011 for academic research purposes?

- NZFS Guide to Civil Defence and Emergency Management
- Command and Control
- Urban Search and Rescue
- National Response Plan
