No email address or contact name for Privacy Act requests

Dear New Zealand Post Limited,

My client, a former employee of yours needs to email a Privacy Act Request. Your website has no details for an email address or a privacy officer. Your call centre staff are unaware of who she can contact and your head office receptionist can't give names or email addresses out to her. The receptionist asked for the privacy act request details and said she would pass them on to "Rachel".

Minister of Finance, Grant Robertson also refuses to provide contact details.

All she needs is a contact name and an email address for Privacy Act Requests.

Who is the contact (privacy officer?) and what is the email address?
