They are according to our bank statement which verifies the time as there was no times on either harassment claim by your reefton contractors Alexander's. The date is November 4 2024. Our bank statement puts activity 3 50pm to 5 pm. Please either state there was no delivery docket between the times requested or provide, thanks

As above your contractor filed a complaint of harassment to the police stating on this date and one other date that Lisa was harassing them during the course of her deliveries, that is on the harassment claim. So then you will have no problem in providing. Now the first instance we have no transactions on our bank statement.

So to do with that do you drive to a shop and buy nothing? Is your life not on your bank statement? Ours is.

Now the second allegation November 4 2024.

Our bank statement says about 4pm to 4.30. I don't need names of deliveries, just addresses of GPS placement of your Alexander's. Between those times.

They picked up the press delivery, so I have taken the liberty of informing the chch press as to what's going on too, that we have had no mail since the allegation of harassment that was fabricated by your Alexander's.

Lisa has three justice of the Peace as character references, can they provide character references also?

We also have a police ticket from the very officer that served the harassment notice and instructed lisa to hand po box key in and stay away from anywhere the Alexander's may be. Now the only complete defence to a ticket in court is no mail delivery. So when the court hearing comes up , guess who is coming to westport to provide evidence to the court this is correct? The judge is going to want a first hand evidence.

We also want the entire file including your version of events dating on or around 29 september 2023. The police version of events surrounding those dates is different. So either the police are lying, and that means it is the district area commander personally or your Alexander's are. I can't have input into police files, just like I can't have input into nz post files.

This will eventually come up in the upcoming high court appeals , I already have a lawyer for the criminal side. Yes someone from auckland will need to come and provide evidence.

Please answer this question, can you guarantee the Alexander's have done everything correctly and signing a delivery docket as someone else and putting notes stating Lisa personally received, when as you stated there was an alleged verbal authority to leave in situ. Does nz post not need to verify yearly that the authority to leave was in fact correct? Your website states that. Where if this alleged verbal authority to leave was in situ is there notes from 2020 , because the trespass notice certainly created notes. Surely there will be notes stating a verbal authority to leave from 2020 will be on file.

You have not provided all information. The harassment notice served by police severing all mail . You have not provided evidence the harassment claim from nz post, bearing in mind here we have a court case from this very officer in the system, which you personally are going to have to show up for to verify to the Judge we have not had any mail since November. The whereabouts of your Alexander's on November 4 between 3pm to 5pm please as they stated to police they were doing courier run, so GPS you have please provide or provide the judge as your Alexander's have filed a false complaint with police. Now as I have a lawyer for the criminal appeal with all the inconsistent notes the question you personally are going to have to answer is can you guarantee the statement to police is true and correct? 2 court cases you are going to have to show up for.

And I want the entire file, notes etc concerning what the Alexander's have stated to nz post, all notes from all other people that have had input into this. I know the trespass notice we had police serve, nz post has one story and police have another, 2 different stories on the delivery docket. The complaint made to the law society concerning your lawyer, and as we have total defence with all tickets from police at the minute, so we no longer licence our vehicles. More court cases you will have to personally attend. The faster you pay our $22600 and some change which you owe the better. Principal 7 you have not explained as yet. So what does Principal 7 of the Privacy Act state and what does it mean for nz post?
