Good afternoon Sasha

As contracted providers to an entity of public interest my identity shouldn't be necessary for the provision of information, they really shouldn't be too concerned.

Hi Sasha

Email received however could you please complete questions 2 and 3. Your response was:
--------------------------------------
Suppliers with contracts – Q2 & 3
A list of suppliers contracted to provide Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) can be found at: https://findsupport.co.nz/.
A list of ISSC counsellors can also be found on ACC’s website: https://www.acc.co.nz/im-injured/support....
--------------------------------------

Find Support only lists some treatment providers and not all providers are contracted to provide cover diagnosis via assessment eg Supported Assessments. The ACC website list for counsellors/therapists is incomplete.

Please provide separate listing per my questions 2 and 3 ensuring there is differentiation between the 2 types of providers.

Kind regards

Bridget Morison

Its unfortunate the requester has agreed to receiving the information outside of the services provided by FYI.ORG

Despite the extension of time taken the request has still not been met.

I was going to ask Sasha Wood to post the information but since you now have an identical request in there seems to be no need.

Thank you for picking up the torch - Mr White.

From: Bridget Morison

Dear Government Services,

On 5 December 2019 you said it was not possible to meet the time limit and advised this information would be available by 21 January 2020.

The information provided on 17 January 2020 is incomplete and questions 2 and 3 currently remain either unanswered or incompletely answered.

Within my request I asked for (in relation to sensitive claims and ISSC):
Q2) A list of all suppliers/providers with contracts to provide cover assessments
Q3) A list of all suppliers/providers with contracts to treat for ACC

The response for question 2 only provides access to names of suppliers and does not include a list of providers with contracts to provide cover assessments. Since it is the individual providers who are contracted to carry out the assessments and provide the reports to ACC, and the supplier as a contractual organisation to ACC only provides a function more in the nature of an administrative role, I consider this question to remain 'unanswered' or 'incompletely answered'.

Similarly the response provided for question 3 provides only partial provision of the requested contractors. For example, it is my understanding that to be removed from the external listing counsellors are required to notify ACC who will then advise web management to update the website. Consequently this does not provide an accurate listing in answer to my question as counsellors may ask to be removed from that website but still be providing contracted services for ACC. For those reasons I consider this question also remains 'incompletely answered'.

Using the guide provided by the Ombudsman, I can’t determine the reason for you not providing the information. If you were unsure of the information I was requesting then I would have appreciated assistance but I think I have provided 'due particularity’ per the guide.

My request hasn’t been refused, or if it has been refused the reasons for that refusal were not provided.

I would appreciate the provision of missing information as requested under the OIA, and as a matter of good faith.

Could you also please post the provided information on FYI for the benefit of other users as that is where the request originated.

Yours sincerely,

Bridget Morison

In withholding information that is of public interest how did you then determined that the public had a 'need to know' of my personal information that was over and beyond my wellbeing?
