Dear AT Official Information (AT),

I would like to refine this request to be limited to communications between AT & NZTA related specifically to the funding of this project (I have no interest in any technical details of the project) during the period of 1st May to 1st Oct this year.

Does this give us a more manageable dataset ?

Yours sincerely,

Alan Johnstone

Hi Nicole,

Thanks for your response,

I'm struggling to accept your response here as being valid.

There was a previously communicated timeline for a 2019 build start. At some point in time this ceased to be the case as the project wasn't funded.

When the project changed from one build date to another, a decision was taken, either funding wasn't granted or the requested for NZTA funding wasn't submitted. Either way, someone or group of people made a decision, I want to obtain the documentation around that decision.

If you are unwilling to provide this, I shall raise the issue with the Ombudsman,
