1. was Auckland council aware that ATEED has placed a person in London
2. Does Auckland council have employees stationed off shore ,if so how many , where and what is their purpose

1. Provide all documents which show that there was a need for a position in London
2. What cost benefit analysis was done please provide a copy of findings if any
3. what is the job description of the role
4. When was the role established
5. What events brought about the need for the role.
6. How was the role advertised.
7. How many persons were considered for the position
8. please provide minutes of the board in which
a. the position was created
b. the criteria for appointment were considered
c. approval for funding the relocation was passed
9. documents relating to discussion on recruitment of a local in London
10. evidence to show that this job required to be a full time job
11. delegation and accountability structure for the London position
