By way of LGOIMA please advise who or what City Parks Services is and its relationship is to council.
If it is a business division of council why is this not clear and why is the web site cityparks.co.nz registered to Enterprise Services.
If it is a council business unit please provide a copy of its 2013 annual return / report to council.
Please also advise who or what Enterprise Services are and what legal status does this Enterprise Services have.. is it a legal person or just a fancy unidentifiable name.
further also provide the policy of council employees providing personal references on council letter head.
