Dear Auckland Grammar,

Under the Official Information Act 1982, I would like to request a copy of your Income Statements, Balance Sheets and other relevant documents. I would like to have deeper knowledge into how the donations and Government funding is distributed and used at Auckland Grammar School. I would also like the Board of Trustees Minutes from meeting immediately following the June 2019 Election for the Board of Trustees.

I also respond to your earlier request for "I would like a copy of the
constitution of your board. To specify the document outlining which
eligible groups or affiliated associations are entitled to seats on the
Board of Trustees"
This is set out in the  1994 Charter - also attached
