Further to the previous request titled "Correspondence between the New Zealand Police and the Auckland Pride"

Scott Dunning made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

Response to this request is long overdue. By law New Zealand Police should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Scott Dunning

Dear New Zealand Police,

Thank you for your response to the initial OIA request.

In order to provide context to the information provided in the first OIA request, I would hereby request all historical communications between the New Zealand Police and Auckland Pride from the Festival's return in 2013, including all communications regarding the Police first marching in uniform in 2015, up until the date of the previous OIA request. I believe this information is essential in understanding the relationship between the New Zealand Police and the Incorporated Society that is known as Auckland Pride, and is likely to provide important evidence to how this relationship changed before the 2019 Pride Parade.

Furthermore, I would hereby request all subsequent communications between the New Zealand Police and Auckland Pride from the date of the first OIA request to the date of this subsequent request.

This information is requested due to the ongoing public interest in the matter, and for the sake of fairness and transparency.

Greatest thanks,

Yours faithfully,

Scott Dunning
