a. How much ACC has paid each of the above assessors (in $50,000 bands) for each year for the last 5 years.

b. How many ACC clients were referred to each of the above
assessors (in bands of 50 clients) for each of the last 5 years.

We were told we would receive a response to this request by November the 30th at the latest. We still have no reply.
