We have reviewed the presentation and note that it matches the original document, with the exception of the missing heading on page 10.

Missing heading:
When responding to Official Information Act requests, it is our practice to send read only PDF copies of documents, rather than the original format. In this case it appears that the page was formatted in the original PowerPoint in a way that resulted in the heading not appearing on the document when saved as a PDF. We apologise for this oversight.

Missing page numbers:
The original document is also missing page numbers on some pages.

For transparency, we have attached another PDF copy of the presentation, which has been produced by printing the original document and scanning it.
