ACC Assessors

Acclaim Otago made this Official Information request to Accident Compensation Corporation

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Accident Compensation Corporation should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

In May 2012, ACCLAIM Otago sought information on the below 4 assessors. ACC responded with the information shortly thereafter. The information sought was for the years prior to May 2012. In accordance with the Official Information Act please provide the below updated information.

For each of the following ACC contracted assessors:

1. Bill Turner
2. Martin Robb
3. David Beaumont
4. Vic Du Plessis

Provide:

a. How much ACC has paid each of the above assessors for each year from May 2012 until current date.

b. How many ACC clients were referred to each of the above assessors for each year from May 2012 until current date.
