Yours sincerely,

From: Gladys Webster
Dear Loren Bennett,
This type of information was provided to Acclaim Otago earlier this year in a table regarding different assessor names. Is there any reason now that acc is not willing to provide this information? It has nothing to do with assessor safety as you suggest or Acclaim Otago would not have been successful. Please re-consider your response and a table in bands as they have would be greatly appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
Gladys Webster

Dear Ms Webster
ACC considers requests on a case-by-case basis. Previous decisions under
the Act do not set a precedent for all future requests of a similar
nature as circumstances can, and do, change.
ACC's decision of 4 June 2013 still stands. As explained in my letter,
you have the right to complain to the Office of the Ombudsman.

If it is of any assistance to your request for information, The ACC released similar information to an advocate in 2009, then refused persistently requests made by laymen thereafter.
The ACC disclosed in 2009 Colliers sole source of income is from the ACC (however Collier with his own admittance denies closing Private Practice), they have been cautious to not upset those who may have some medico-legal background by refusing the same info they refuse to make transparent to yourself etc.
I would recommend a formal application made addressed to Letitia Parry Office of the Ombudsmen, it could well speed things up with the other applications of similar sorts pending. You would only be insulting your intelligence by trying to get transparency and safety concerns addressed via the Corp.
