a. How much ACC has paid each of the above assessors (in $50,000 bands) for each year for the last 5 years.

b. How many ACC clients were referred to each of the above
assessors (in bands of 50 clients) for each of the last 5 years.

We have been very specific in our request for information. We have identified the doctors we are seeking infomation about and have specifically identified what information we are seeking and for what period of time.

I am writing to request an internal review of Accident Compensation Corporation's handling of my FOI request 'Payments made to assessors'.

We were told we would receive a response to this request by November the 30th at the latest. We still have no reply.
