I would like to request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982:

* all expense information (including but not limited to credit card statements, invoices, reimbursement forms and receipts) for business expenses incurred by CEO Doug Heffernan for the period 1 September 2011 to 31 December 2011.

In anticipation of any attempt to refuse on privacy grounds, or to charge, I direct your attention to the Ombudsman's newly-released guideance on "Chief executive expenses" (http://www.ombudsmen.parliament.nz/image...), which states that "in most cases, chief executive credit card statements and expense reimbursement claims should be made available with the minimum necessary redactions and at no cost to the requester."

According to the Ombudsman's online calculator, a response to this request is due by 18 April 2012.
