Dear Christchurch City Council,

I would like to request under the LGOIMA:

a) a list of all CCOs that Christchurch City Council has ownership
interests in, including any CCOs which CCC owns less than 50% of,
but combined with other local authorities they are a CCO due to
ownership adding up to more than 50%. I would like this to include
organizations that are CCOs both due to the definition in s6(1)(a)
and s6(1)(b).

b) the contact email address for each CCO for the purposes of
making an LGOIMA request

c) a list of all organizations that would otherwise be CCOs of the
Christchurch City Council that have been exempted from being
defined as CCOs under s7 of the Local Government Act.

Feel free to contact me if you wish me to clarify my request. I
would prefer to receive an email response in a copy and pastable
format, rather than a scanned PDF.
