This is an Official Information Act request.

Could you please provide me with copies of any recorded discussions, or meeting minutes or correspondence between your Council officers and other Government related or Local Body parties since August 2011 regarding the application of Variation 48 - including consenting issues - concerning the required finished floor levels of residential dwellings and garages that are proposed to be rebuilt or repaired.

I am happy for the infomation to be provided electronically.

Could you please bring to his or her attention that I require that "any" written in the context of my request to be understood as "all". Also in similar vein I require that "or" be understood as "plus". Also I would be grateful if the time period for information sought be from August 2010 rather than August 2011 in my original application
