I request all communications, reports, notes, minutes, advice, and other documents related to the Tūranga library being unlocked over Waitangi weekend at times it was meant to be closed to the public.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I refer to your request on 20 February for:
I request all communications, reports, notes, minutes, advice, and other
documents related to the Tūranga library being unlocked over Waitangi
weekend at times it was meant to be closed to the public.
Council Response
The requested information is attached.
Please note we have decided to withhold some information under the
following sections of the LGOIMA:
- 7(2)(a) – to protect the privacy of natural persons
- 7(2)(b)(ii) – to protect the commercial position of the person
who supplied or who is the subject of the information
In the Council's view the reasons for withholding these details are not
outweighed by public interest considerations in section 7(1) favouring
their release.
You have the right to request the Ombudsman to review this decision.
