Costs of Wainuiomata Hill Road maintenance

Dear Hutt City Council,

I would like to request the costs allocated to the Wainuiomata hill road from 2008 to present.
Would it be possible to obtain the costs for the following?
1. General maintenance e.g. pothole repair
2. Upgrade works, e.g. lit cat's eyes
3. Larger maintenance projects such as resurfacing that currently being undertaken (beginning 18 Feb 2013).
