    Dear Hutt City Council,
We wish to request Pedestrian counts on all streets/roads in the Lower Hutt region from 2012 to 2020. We have searched your website and unlike other councils this information does not seem to be available. We need this information, so we can research and understand the pedestrian flow and trends within the lower hutt.

As a council we do not have this data as requested as we do not collect it
 at this time.
 
As an aside, we are introducing technology for pedestrian counts at
 certain locations across the city in the future and this information will
 be made publically available.
