Dear Mr Hislop,

I have passed your message on to KiwiRail but am aware they have received the transfer of your request and are considering it. My understanding is that KiwiRail has 20 working days to consider the request from receipt of the transfer and are therefore working to respond by 26 September. However, I'm sure they will respond as soon as they are able to.
