Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

 

Under the Official Information Act I'd like to request all documents
relating to safety issues around Stan Semenoff Group Ltd (or subsidiaries)
and communications with Hon Shane Jones.

 

This should include but not be limited to e-mails, correspondence, notes,
minutes, phone conversations, briefings, or in person meetings with NZTA
staff or contractors working on behalf of NZTA. This should again include
but not be limited to communications from NZTA to Shane Jones,
communications from Shane Jones to NZTA or communications within NZTA
about any discussions or interactions with Mr Jones on the safety issues
around Stan Semenoff Group.
