Dear Wellington City Council,

I understand the WCC once commissioned a report called "Lambton Quay Bus Priority Scheme: Economic Evaluation". This report was commissioned from Booze Allen Hamilton and is dated March 2001.

1) Can the WCC please provide a copy of this report/Economic Evaluation ?
2) Can the WCC please provide a copy of all appendicies associated with this report/Economic Evaluation ?
3) Can the WCC please provide a copy of any associated WCC report and/or presentation that was used to report this Economic Evaluation to the council ?
4) Can the WCC please provide a copy of the minutes of the WCC meeting at which this Economic Evaluation was reported ?

If any of the requested information is held in electronic form, it is preferred that it is provided in its original and complete electronic format.

Hello Tony,

Thank you for your patience with this request.

I regret to have to advise you that we are unable to locate a copy of the 2001 economic evaluation report you requested. We have looked through all of the likely available hard copy locations, and archives have also searched through the Council's electronic files.

Unfortunately, this means that we are going to have to refuse your request for a copy of this document, under LGOIMA section 17(e) in that the requested document cannot be found.

If you disagree with this decision, you can apply in writing to the Ombudsman to have the decision investigated and reviewed under section 27 (3) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
