Dear Wellington City Council,

As part of the approval for building the Hutt Road Cycleway, the WCC Transport and Urban Design Meeting of 19th August 2016 stated the project:
"l. Investigate demand and alternative options for current shared path car parking, including but not limited to options around the Ngauranga Train Station" (Page 11 https://wellington.govt.nz/~/media/your-...).

1) Can I please have a copy of any reports and other documentation produced in support of this investigation "of demand and alternative options for current shared path car parking" along the Hutt Road Cycleway ?

2) If this information has been presented to the Mayor and/or councillors, can I please have a copy of the agenda, minutes and any presentation documentation provided before, during or after any such meetings (or workshops) about this investigation "of demand and alternative options for current shared path car parking" along the Hutt Road Cycleway ?

3) If there have been any changes to the Hutt Road Cycleway design as a consequence of this investigation "of demand and alternative options for current shared path car parking" along the Hutt Road Cycleway, can I please have a copy of these changes and also when/where/who decided on these changes ?

If this information is held in electronic form, I would prefer it was provided to me in its complete and original electronic format. I would also prefer that all correspondence be via the FYI web site unless there is good reason to do otherwise.
