Dear Porirua City Council,

I've not been able to access the information. OpenTextTempoBox failed to recognize my username and password even though I'd just created the via the link This software causes issues every time it is used. I'm not sure PCC has invested in such user- unfriendly software. Please provide me with the information . This request is already well over 20 working days. A simple DropBox link would be sufficient.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Liam Maher,

I appreciate your efforts here but we are not getting anywhere.

I suggest PCC tries to ask for information from itself to find out how difficult it actually is!!!!

Your message was:

Below are the login details
Username: [1][FOI #9668 email]
Password PCCP@ssword2419

At https://tempo.pcc.govt.nz/#/login

I've used
[1][FOI #9668 email] as a username and
PCCP@ssword2419 as a password for that username.

I also tried FOI #9668 email as a username.

With both usernames and that password I get this message: "Invalid username or password"

Can you please clear this up.

Yours sincerely,

Brian Warburton

Dear Liam Maher,

Hi Liam

Yes got the email.

That took to the Tempo page where you create an account.

I did that.

I got the link sent from Tempo to my email.

I entered my username and password (as just created) and this is the message I got (see below).

We are no further advanced that we were several days ago.

As you might appreciate I'm getting rather frustrated. This should be quite straight forward.

Please sort it out.

Brian

Brian Warburton
