The information you have requested contains information that is held on
the Ratings Information Database, the Complete Ratings Information
Database and on the District Valuation roll. Access to this information is
governed by the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 and the Rating
Valuations Act 1988, not the LGOIMA.
The information is publicly available on our website or at Council
offices. This information is also available for purchase. Please contact
our Rates team on (09) 301 01 01 for details on how to purchase this
information.
