Dear New Zealand Fire Service Commission,

I am requesting a gis dataset (in shapefile, csv, or esri filegeodatabase format) with regard to fire incidents. Your fire departments record numerous attributes with regard to each incident reported, including time of day, latitude, longitude, type of incident, response time, etc (on page 14 of the document your agency has published here, several more are listed: http://www.fire.org.nz/Research/Publishe...(3).pdf )

As you can see on pages 14 and 25 of the document here:http://www.eagle.co.nz/nzeuc/graphics/et... your agency already has this data in a gis format.
'
I am requesting all incidents from the year 2000-until today (1/12/2015) in a gis format mentioned above. I would like the following fields included in the data:
1)incident time and date
2)latitude/ longitude
3)name of locality/ location of the incident
4)response time
5)type/ cause of incident
6)what station(s) responded to the incident

I look forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,
