I am requesting under the Official Information Act the following

This email is to convey our decision on your request, as required by
section 15A(1) of the Official Information Act 1982. There are approx. 120
pieces of correspondence have been identified to be within scope of your
request, which is approx. 700 pages of material. We are currently in the
final stages of preparing the correspondence to release to you for your
request.

 

The Ministry will be withholding information from these documents under
the following sections of the Act:

 

o 9(2)(a), to protect the privacy of natural persons;
o 9(2)(h), to maintain legal professional privilege; and
o 9(2)(i), to enable the Ministry to carry out, without prejudice or
disadvantage, commercial activities.

 

The material will be provided to you as soon as it is prepared for
release.
