Dear Sharon Hornal,

Can you confirm whether or not there is any "title" information stored in your resolve system, as this request specifically asked for the title but the response only has operator, code and sub code. The title was aimed at my being able to determine what the case was about without requesting every single instance of these reports.

We confirm that we do not have 'titles' for cases in Resolve. Based on the enquiry or complaint received, cases are assigned applicable codes and sub-codes as a means of identification, where appropriate. These codes and sub-codes are detailed for the entries in the spreadsheet provided.
