What was the actual and forecast maintenance costs of the public transport
bus vehicles through the Red Bus company for the 16-17, 17-18, 18-19
financial years?

 

This information is not held by the Council, but we believe it to be held
by Red Bus. Therefore, pursuant to section 12(b)(i) of the LGOIMA, we have
formally transferred this request to Red Bus.

 

Red Bus will have 20 working days from the date of the transfer to respond
you under the terms of the LGOIMA.

Response:

 

After careful consideration, Red Bus has decided to withhold this
information under the following section of the LGOIMA:

 

-          7(2)(b)(ii) – to protect the commercial position of the person
who supplied or who is the subject of the information.

 

 

In Red Bus' view the reasons for withholding these details are not
outweighed by public interest considerations in section 7(1) favouring
their release.

 

You have the right to request the Ombudsman to review this decision.
