 1. I am looking for a list or any documented communication in regards to
unenforceable parking areas in the Auckland city central area (between
the motorways, as well as St Mary's Bay and Freeman's Bay. If there is
any graphics made, such as a map, please include these.  By
unenforceable I mean areas with sign and meter faults as well as other
areas deemed unenforceable by AT.

 

 2. Please advise if there is any plan to meter the car parks within
Victoria park that are currently timed parks or any future strategic
plan for use of these car parks. Please provide any process or defined
plan on how these car parks are enforced or checked.

It appears likely that your original request will need to be clarified or
amended to enable us to respond. Please note, any clarification or
amendment of a request is considered to be a new request for the purpose
of calculating the maximum statutory timeframe for response—see section
13(7) of the LGOIMA.

 

Our Parking Services team have asked for more clarification regarding what
is meant by “unenforceable by AT”.

 

Your request will be placed on hold pending receipt of clarification.

the LGOIMA the above request has been transferred to AC, as it is believed
to be more closely connected with the functions of AC.
