Subject: Official Information request - Car was hit by another driver

 

Dear Ministry of Transport,

 

My daughter was driving in her lane and a car came into her lane almost
colliding with her  but damaged the right hand door miiror. She was
driving my car

 

This was on Hillsborough road, on the motorway bridge going over the
brdige. I was driving towards the on ramp heading south

 

My car details are Toyota Corolla 2007 DZU496.

 

The other drivers registration number was KSA426 a Nissan van NV 200.

 

I need the footage from your CVTV cameras for insurance purposes as the
the other party is denying that he is at fault

The camera in question that may have captured a recording of this incident
belongs to the NZ Transport Agency. Your request has therefore been
