From: Vaishnavi Prasad

Dear Hamilton City Council,

Earlier today (Tuesday 7th March), a car collided with mine on the Mangaharakeke drive and Crawford street roundabout at approximately 11:22am. I was in the inner lane taking the second exit (Grey Toyota Corolla, REG: RCL814) and the Silver Nissan Note that collided with me was driving on the outer lane wanting to take the third exit. After the collision I pulled over to the side of the road, hoping to have a conversation with the driver but he drove away. During the stress of situation I was only able to see the first three letters of the plate, ‘JPA’.

I wanted to attain the rest of the cars license plate for an insurance claim. If you could release this footage, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you had any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours faithfully,
Vaishnavi Prasad
