CCTV footage relating to a traffic accident at the intersection of Ti
Rakau Drive and Te Koha Road, Golfland between 15:20 and 15:50 on 15
February 2018.

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre has reviewed our cameras and
confirmed that the footage relating to your request is available, and has
now been saved. However, Auckland Transport does not supply CCTV footage
directly to members of the public due to reasons of privacy. Available
footage of a specific incident or alleged crime will only be released to
the New Zealand Police, upon receipt of a request from them.

 

Please advise the New Zealand Police about the available footage relating
to Police reference no. 180219/1792, and to contact the writer directly to
arrange pick-up of the relevant footage.

 

Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.
