Weekly briefings for "children" portfolio Feb - Aug 2018

Alex Harris made this Official Information request to Tracey Martin

There was a delivery error or similar, which needs fixing by the FYI team.

From: Alex Harris

Dear Tracey Martin,

In April 2018 you released the weekly briefings for the "minister for children" portfolio up until January 2018. As you do not yet seem to have a system for proactive publication in place, I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* all weekly briefings received in your role of minister for children, from February to August 2018.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ

Yours faithfully,

Alex Harris

Dear correspondent

On behalf of Hon Tracey Martin, thank you for your email.

While the Minister considers all correspondence to be important and all
messages are carefully read and considered, it is not possible to provide
a personal response to every email which is received.

Where the Minister has portfolio responsibility for the issues that you
have raised, your correspondence will be considered and responded to where
appropriate.

Thank you for taking the time to write.

Regards

Office of Hon Tracey Martin
