Who do I make a request to, that can do a search on my birth registration numbers and shares number

tnga made this Official Information request to Tracey Martin

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Tracey Martin should have responded by now (details and exceptions). You can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Tracey Martin,

I currently took a Civil Proceedings to the court in regards to the Birth Certificate. I know that the birth certificate identifies an entity using the name of a real person. I also know that the courts process their bond on the back of a note that has the details of the birth certificate of the person on record held.

I would like to know how can I get a search done under the Official Information Act 1982 s12 requesting for all information from the registration and shares number registered to my name. I request for all personal information pertaining to anything attached to my name or that was generated through my name being used on the birth certificate that I am in possession of.

I can prove that the High Court played out the process of trying to make me admit to being the person on the record held during the hearing. The identity of the person on record is using my name to accommodate a legal person. Once I admit to being that legal person, the BC note is then processed in the registry, sent for endorsement and sent out on the Stock Exchange market as a bond. I witnessed this practice being done when I went to file an application and saw one of the clerks holding notes in her hand, entering data into the computer and then putting the note under a machine for processing.

Yours faithfully,

tnga
