I request the number of deaths recorded in New Zealand per year caused by
allergic reaction to fruit for every year that records exist.
I further request a break-down of fruit type per year.
I request this information in an editable Excel spreadsheet in size 12
Times New Roman font.

The Ministry's reference number for your request is: H201806717.

As required under the Act we will endeavour to respond to your request no
later than 01 November 2018, being 20 working days after the day your
request was received.  

If we are unable to respond to your request within this time frame, we
will notify you of an extension of that time frame.
