Dear Victoria University of Wellington,

I request all communication, information and documents related to external communication with external organizations, companies or persons (including but not limited to the CCDHB and Compass Health) regarding wait times for student health.

I also request any information that on a good faith viewing of information held could be considered relevant to student health wait times.

I remind you of your obligation under the OIA to provide this information as soon as reasonably practicable under s 15 and to render any oral communication or recollection of an oral communication into a text transcript under s 16.

I request all information in size 123 Time New Roman font in either an editable PDF or Word file, notwithstanding any exceptions provided for under s 16.
