Thank you for your request for CCTV footage for 29 September 2018 between
3pm to 4pm near Altham Avenue opposite Eden Park.

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre (‘ATOC’) has reviewed our cameras
and advised we do not hold any footage relevant to this accident, as the
camera closest to this location was facing the wrong direction at the
above time and date and thus did not pick-up anything.

 

Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the
footage requested does not exist. 

 

Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.
