Wellesley Street East and Kitchener Street on 20 February 2018, regarding
an accident you were involved in between 6:05pm and 6:20pm.

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre has reviewed our cameras and
confirmed the footage relating to your request is available and has now
been saved. However, Auckland Transport does not supply CCTV footage
directly to members of the public due to reasons of privacy. Available
footage of a specific incident or alleged crime will only be released to
the New Zealand Police, upon receipt of a request from them.

 

Please advise the New Zealand Police about the available footage relating
to reference no. CAS-712258-H9S2L9, and to contact the writer directly to
arrange pick-up of this footage.

 

Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) to make a
complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and
review of the decision.
