Auckland Transport (AT) acknowledges receipt of your request for official
information dated 1 December 2025 for CCTV footage on 28 November 2025
from Glen Eden shopping centre (outside Four Square) between 3:50PM to
4:20PM.

 

To comply with our statutory obligation, our decision is due to you by 19
January 2026. This is 20 working days after the day your request was
received. If we are unable to make a decision within this timeframe we
will be in contact. Please note this includes the summer holiday
close-down period from 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, as this period
is classed as non-working days.

We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for

 

On 1 December 2025 you asked for CCTV footage from 28 November 2025 from
Glen Eden shopping centre (outside Four Square) between 3:50PM to 4:20PM.

 

Unfortunately, there is no footage available for your request as AT do not
have any CCTV camera assets at this location. Your request is therefore
declined under section 17 (e) of the LGOIMA as the footage does not exist.

We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
