Dear Ms Walker

Your request concerning Faculty redundancies at the School of Music in 2018 and your request concerning the restructuring of the Architecture and Planning, Fine Arts, and Music & Dance Libraries, the CAI Libraries review conducted in 2017-2018 and the LLS-SDM Consultation document are being treated as a single request under s 18A(2) of the Official Information Act.

The requested submissions related to the 2018 restructuring of the School of Music are withheld under s 9(2)(b)(i) to protect material subject to an obligation of confidence. The confirmed Council Part A minutes for this matter are attached. The correspondence requested cannot be provided without substantial collation or research, and neither extending the time limit for the request nor imposing a charge would allow this part of your request to be granted. Correspondence regarding individual employment arrangements is private and would be withheld under s 9(2)(a) to protect employee privacy.
