I have two questions.
1. There have been two political parties I recall with co-leaders the Māori Party and Green Party. Could you inform me as to how to pay of co-leaders is determined?
2. If an MP has more than one role, does that MP get the higher of the salaries or some combination of them (i.e. if an MP is both a Minister and a party leader?)
